It a great add-on sauce to anything you eat, should you want to spice up your meal.
6 red habanero peppers
½ romano tomato (diced)
2cloves of garlic
1 tsp of fresh ginger (chopped)
½ tsp salt
1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
Put everything in a blender except the olive oil and mix it until it gets less chunky but not runny.
Add the olive oil while pulsing.
Pour it into a clean jar.
Store it in a dry and cool place.
Tip: you can make it less spicy by adding tomatoes.
