You can add bacon or bread crumbs.


Ingredients

Scale

A bunch of broccolinis washed

1/3 cup of grated parmesan

1 lime or lemon

1/4 cup of olive oil

2 garlic cloves

A pinch of salt and pepper


Instructions

Preheat the oven at 350F.

In a bowl or directly on your baking sheet, lay the broccolinis in a single layer. 

Sprinkle them with salt and pepper, a dash of olive oil and the zest of a lime or lemon.

Toss all of them together to ensure that each broccolini is covered with the spices.

Put the baking sheet in the oven for 10 min.

After 5 min in the oven, use prongs to turn the broccolinis on the other side. 

After 10 min are done, remove them immediately from the oven. Otherwise, they will burn!
